The Demonstration Kitchen in the Frances A. Cordova Recreational Sports Center has been open since the completion of the new fitness center in 2012. We strive to make cooking accessible to everyone, by demonstrating delicious recipes and menus that are quick, easy and affordable. We provide a variety of demonstrations and programs, in order to accomodate varying interests, ages, and abilities. Our Student Cooking Instructors will provide you with nutrition information, culinary techniques, and food sanitation guidelines. You will also have the opportunity to sample the dishes prepared during the demonstration you attend. Recipes cards are provided at the demonstrations, but can also be found on the Purdue Rec Sports Pinterest Page, and right here on the BROILER UP website.
