Ravioli Wonton Bites
15 small fresh mozzarella balls
5-7 fresh basil leaves
30 fresh Wonton wrappers
½ TBSP Garlic powder
1 tsp Red pepper flakes
Oil to pan fry
Jar marinara sauce
Cut each ball of mozzarella in half. Set on paper towel to soak up some of the moisture.
Rinse and slice basil into pieces. Place a half-ball of mozzarella in the center of a wonton wrapper. Sprinkle with garlic and pepper flakes to taste.
Add a few pieces of basil. Wet the edges of the wonton wrapper with water. Fold to enclose cheese and seal with more water.
Heat oil on medium-high in shallow skillet. Pan fry ravioli bites in the oil, browning on both sides.
Serve with warm marinara or favorite dipping sauce.
